Ongoing Wellness Sessions
These sessions provide regular support and training for employees which
will; offering practical tools for managing stress, increasing awareness;
therefore reducing risk of burnout and injury, improve morale and increase
overall wellness.
At these
regular (weekly or fortnightly) sessions, participants are guided through
simple & practical techniques which will:-
