    Sleep Well Education

    Education on sleep and insomnia can be provided to employees. These sessions will increase peoples awareness of the patterns and behaviours that may be preventing a good nights sleep. Topics include practical advice as well as methods to address underlying stress or anxiety that may be the route cause of problems with sleeping.
    Insomnia can have a dramatic effect on a persons everyday life, causing poor attention, irritability and low mood. The feelings caused by fatigue and from feeling overwhelmed can often lead to poor performance at work. It can also impact on relationships both in and out of the workplace
    .




    Employment Assistance Programme

    The Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) is funded by employers to enable their staff to access counselling, sleep coaching, stress management or any of the services offered by Ramazzini in a quick and confidential manner. The contract between the employer and Ramazzini set criteria around the number and type of services employees can access. If further services are required then this can be negotiated outside of the contract.

    The EAP services means that employers know that their staff can access support early to address any issues before they start effecting the productivity or effectiveness of the person. Our team of experienced counsellors and Clinical Psychologist will get your staff back on track

    Management Coaching

    We offer management coaching programmes to suit both the individual manager and the organisation. These programmes may focus on:
