Annette
Milligan
RCpN BA FCNA (NZ)
Ramazzini Manager and Trainer |
|
|
Annette has been assisting individuals and organisations to reach
their full potential for the past 20 years. She is passionate about
making workplaces better, safer, more productive places to work.
While practicing as a nurse at
Nelson public hospital, Annette witnessed people coming in with
repeated injuries, and discovered a connection between their injuries
and their state of mind…Stress was always a major factor.
This inspired her to branch out into more independent and preventative
work, where she could make a real difference – hence her
Independent Nursing practice through which she also taught practical
Stress Management courses.
When the opportunity arose for
several health practitioners to work together as a team, to provide
organizations with a ‘one stop shop’ for all occupational
health and safety needs, Ramazzini was formed.
As
a well established and successful business person, Annette thrives
on helping businesses to grow. She understands the intrinsic cycle
of increased productivity, leading to increased profitability,
leading to increased employment and ultimately more freedom and
happiness. This understanding helps her facilitate substantial
growth in any organisation she works with.
Annette
is passionate about giving people practical and usable tips and
tools which help them deal with stress in their every day lives.
She is highly skilled at creating seminars that speak directly
to a specific audience, and through her work as a trainer, has
helped hundreds of people improve their lives and productivity.
Annette's
number one focus is on providing people with the professional
care and services they need to move forward in life and reach
their full potential.
Annette has received many awards including.
“Business of the Year Award” - Independent Nurse Practitioner
Section
“Small Business of the Year “ - Chamber of Commerce
